These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Billiy Bell website and your purchase of products offered through it. By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Business and Website Use

Billiy Bell operates this website to display and sell fragrance, perfume, gifting and related products. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering, ordering, contacting us or making a payment.

2. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Packaging, colour, presentation and minor product details may vary from images because of supplier, manufacturing, screen or photography differences. All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance by us.

3. Pricing, Taxes and Charges

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts and coupon benefits are shown or calculated during checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before dispatch and will contact you if such a correction materially affects an accepted order.

4. Orders

An order is treated as received when it is successfully submitted through checkout. We may verify availability, payment and order information before acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, duplicate orders, invalid delivery information, payment failure or legal/regulatory restrictions. If payment has already been captured for an order we cancel, an eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

5. Payments

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay and its supported banking/payment partners. Available online payment methods are limited to the options shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards and supported wallets. Payment processing is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of the payment service provider and issuing/acquiring banks. We do not ask you to share card PINs, CVV values or UPI PINs with us.

6. Payment Confirmation

An online payment is treated as successful only after it is verified through the payment gateway and our system. If money appears to be debited but the order remains pending, please do not make repeated payments immediately. Contact us with your order reference and payment details so the transaction can be reconciled.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by destination, courier, stock availability, holidays, weather, force-majeure events or operational restrictions. Please review our Shipping Policy for further information.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, where approved, are normally made to the original payment method and may take additional banking/payment-gateway processing time.

9. Coupons and Offers

Coupons, discounts and promotional offers may have validity dates, minimum-order values, product/category restrictions, usage limits or customer-specific conditions. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.

10. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

11. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, product presentation, text, graphics, logos and original creative material are owned by or licensed to Billiy Bell and may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any mandatory jurisdictional rules, disputes will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the business location of Billiy Bell in India.
